Lizton: Mrs. Hannah Scott, widow of Frances A. Scott, who died many years ago, died suddenly at her home south of town, Tuesday, Feb. 13. Funeral services were held in the Methodist church today at 2 p. m.

Coroner McClelland was called to the home of Mrs. Elnora Spangler, near Lizton, Tuesday, when Mrs. Hannah P. Scott was found dead. Mrs. Scott was 84 years of age. Death was caused by apoplexy.

Two pioneers of Union township were claimed by death this week. "Aunt" Hannah Scott, age 87, died near Lizton Tuesday, and John Sam Tharp died yesterday morning at the home of his son, Walter, at Frankfort. The Scott funeral will be held at Lizton this afternoon.
