Obit:
It is with sorrow we announce the death of Mrs. Elizabeth Carrier of Saginaw and mother of W.V.S. and J.A. Allen of Keller; and Mrs. Mollie E. Hollingsworth of Fort Worth.
She departed from us February 11th, after suffering one week from La Grippe, and was surrounded by her husband and children and a host of loving friends who did all in the reach of human hand to relieve her suffering.
At 5 o'clock on Sunday morning sheclosed her eyes in the last long sleep. Her remains were shipped to Keller and conveyed to the home of her son W.V.S. Allen, where the funeralservices were held by A.D. Bourland, then conveyed to the family cemetery for burial.
To her bereaved husband, children and friends we will say look up. Look to the land where sickness, sorrow, pain and death will not come to despoil that which is fair.

A precious one from us is gone.
A voice we loved is stilled;
A place is vacant in our home,
Which never can be filled.

God in his wisdom has recalled
The boon his love had given
And though the body moulders here
The soul is safe in heaven.
