Died at the residence of his parents in Ritzville, W. T., on Monday, 1 Feb. 1887, Herbert Despain, aged 17 years, of pneumonia.
Herbert Despain was a brother of Jerry Despain of Pendleton and had many relatives and friends in town who will be surprised and grieved to hear of his sudden death.
The body of Herbert Despain, who died at Ritzville, as reported in this paper, was interred in the Pendlton cemetery Wednesday morning, having been brought down on the train the night before. He was a brother of Jerry Despain.
