Richard Joseph Biever, 74, of Ramona died Tuesday. He was born in Livingston, Mont, and was a retired communications technician for Western Electric and Pacific Bell.
He retired from the Army after serving during the Korean War. He was a member of Mission Santa Ysabel. Survivors include his companion, George Madden.
Visitation 6-8pm tomorrow, with rosary at 7pm, Bonham Bros. & Stewart Mortuary, 321 12th St., Ramona. Mass 10am Saturday, Mission Santa Ysabel, 23013 Highway 79, Santa Ysabel. Interment in Montana was planned.
