ALDRED, Patricia Ann Age 71 of Nolensville, TN. Pat earned her wings on October 31, 2012 at her home in Lake Stevens, WA after a long and courageous battle with Glioblastoma brain cancer. Her daughter, Laurel, considers it a great honor to have cared for her during her illness and journey Home to Love. She remains a survivor in every sense of the word.
Pat was born July 10, 1941 in San Diego, CA. She and her late husband Bunky moved to Nolensville after retiring, and became very active and beloved members of the community. Pat relocated to Lake Stevens in 2009. She worked as a research contract administrator at Stanford University before entering the aerospace industry, and retiring from Rockwell International. After retiring, she became a Master Gardener and volunteered for numerous civic, religious service and social organizations, including United Methodist Women, Friendly Neighbors and Meals on Wheels. She donated over five gallons of blood in her lifetime. One of her greatest joys in life was becoming a grandmother to her four girls, who will now have the best Guardian Angel ever.
