Loma B. Kincaid, 89, of Portland, Texas, passed away Sunday, October 10, 2010, in Portland. She was born July 14, 1921, in Waelder, Texas, to Leslie and Georgia Taylor Blackmon. She married the love of her life, Marshall C. Kincaid, on December 23, 1947, in Gonzales, Texas.
Loma was a soft spoken lady and homemaker who loved people. She had lived in Portland since August of 1965. She was a regular patron of the Portland Whataburger, where she enjoyed having breakfast every morning and coffee every evening with friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marshall C. Kincaid; two brothers; and two sisters.
She is survived by her dear friend, Cathy Jarvis and husband Don of Portland, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 13, 2010, in Woodmen of the World Cemetery in Gonzales, TX, with Rev. Hollas Hoffman officiating
