Miss Anna May Gonyea
Miss Anna May Gonyea, 77, of 209 Worcester St. Indian Orchard, died Sunday in her home. Miss Gonyea was born in Alburg, VT., daughter of the late Edward and Josephine (Patnoude) Gonyea, and had been a resident of Indian Orchard and Ludlow for the past 60 years. She leaves three brothers, Alexander of Yonkers, NY and Leon and Joseph Gonyea of Indian Orchard; two sisters, Mrs. Lillian (Collins) Mitchell of Washington, RI and Mrs. Theodore Mills, Sr. of Indian Orchard; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held at the Ratell funeral home at 8:15 a.m.,Wednesday with a solemn high mass of requiem in St. Aloysius Church at 9. Burial will be in St. Aloysius cemetery. Visiting hours today and Tuesday are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m.
