Fansiska Dakanica-Montartiene married Domininkas Montartis, both were Lithuanian immigrants from the Russian Empire. Per research on Wikipedia.org, males surnames end with "as" or "is", married females end with "iene", unmarried females end with "aite", this is why the surnames are spelled differently. 30 June 1910 she departed Bremen, Germany on the SS~Frankfurt and arrived in Galveston, TX with 4 of their 5 children on 24 Jul 1910.

On 9 Oct 1909 half siblings Iwan and Antosa departed from Liverpool, England on the SS~Merion, they arrived in Philadelphia, PA 20 Oct 1909.

Iwan or Jonas "John" Muntartis b. 1887 – d. 1971 m. Sally Kasper on Jul 1913 in Cicero, Cook Co., Illinois.
