Mrs. Lender Herndon Wood, 88, widow of Hollis Wood, died Tuesday at her home. Services at 2 p.m. today at Browning Funeral Home; burial in Pontotoc Memorial Gardens. She leaves two sons, Thurman Wood of Pontotoc and Herman Wood of Booneville, and a sister, Mrs. Edith (sic) Sharp of Stillwater, Okla.
