Mrs. Frances Old Miner, wife of the Rev. E.P. Miner, and daughter of the late Kedar H. and Mary E. Old, died at a local hospital yesterday afternoon at 3:45 o'clock after an illness of several months. Mrs. Miner was born in Norfolk and has lived all her life in this vicinity. She was a woman of broad interests who, by her gentle unselfish spirit, and untiring efforts for others, made a large circle of friends. Mrs. Miner is survived by her husband, three sons, Harry M. Harrington, William Forrest Harrington and Shelby Harrington, and two sisters, the Misses Virginia and Mary E. Old. The funeral will be held at her late residence, 926 Brandon avenue, tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. The interment will be private in Elmwood Cemetery.
