ELBERTA - Iris Louise Flirt, a member of Swift Presbyterian Church and Foley Order of the Eastern Star No. 142, died Saturday, Dec. 2, 2000, at a local health care facility. She was 80. She was a native of Pensacola and a resident of Elberta. Survivors include one daughter, Betty Jo Pierce of Elberta; two sisters, Myrtle Hinson and Neoma White; one brother, Ed Blum, all of Pensacola; one grandson; and two great-granddaughters. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Bayview Funeral Home in Foley. Graveside services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Swift Cemetery.
