Mr. Huggins was a veteran of the Navy, serving in World War II and the Korean War.
He was a store supervisor for Florida Power & Light Co. for 34 years at the power plant on Hutchinson Island.
Mr. Huggins was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church of Jensen Beach.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Florence Huggins of Jensen Beach; daughter, Florey Hartman of Port St. Lucie; son, Timothy Huggins of Port St. Lucie; sister, Denise Evans of Savannah; brother, Fred Hall of Atlanta; five grandchildren; and friend, Bill W.
