Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Kocher, 78, longtime resident of Madison and charter member of the Plymouth Congregational Church who died Sunday in Glenridge, NJ after a long illness, will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Gunderson Funeral Home. The Rev. Charles R. Policy, pastor of the Bible Fellowship Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Sun Prairie Protestant Cemetery. Mrs. Kocher had lived in the Madison area all her life until moving to Glenridge four years ago. She was a member of the Madison chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include a son, Donald of Madison; two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Sweetman of Glenridge; and Mrs. Esther Horan of Nutley, NJ; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services were held in Glenridge Monday at the Baptist Church. The body was to arrive m Madison today. Pallbearers for the Madison services will he Art Fosdick, August Gerfen, L. H. Ledford, Henry Vetter, Charles Ritcher, and James White. WSJ 2/9/1949
