Roy A. Nelson will officiate. She died Monday at Redding Memorial Hospital in Redding. She was 87. Mrs. Buese was born April 27, 1888, in Mount Shasta. She lived in Shasta County for 48 years. She was a member of the second graduating class of Chico Normal School in 1903. She taught school at the Mammoth Mine and west of Cottonwood. She was the post-mistress at La Moine for nearly 15 years. Mrs. Buese was a member of the Senior Citizens of Shasta County, the Redding Garden Club and Republican Women. She leaves two sons, John N. of Panama Canal Zone and Robert Buese of La Moine; one daughter, Nada L. O'Connel of Colton; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. At the request of the family, memorial contributions may be made to the Redding Elks Charity Fund, P.O. Drawer AZ, Redding Ca., 96001.
