Zachary Eric Barber, 14 days old, died Monday, Nov. 1, at the Childrens Hospital in Columbus.
Born Oct. 18, 1999 in Columbus to parents Steven and Nancy (Hill) Barber who live in Lewis Center, Ohio.
Surviving are two sisters, Brianna and Brittany; maternal grandparents, Paul and Jean Hill of Willard; paternal grandparents, Richard and Rosalie Barber formerly of Willard and now in Arizona; aunts; uncles and cousins.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 4 at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Willard with Father Melvin Verhoff officiating.
Burial will be at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Willard.
Memorials may be made to Cherubs, P.O. Box 1150, Creedmoor, N.C. 27522 or they may be left at the funeral home.
