Carrie May (Cuykendall) Hamilton was the daughter of Franklin B. and Sarah Elizabeth (Van Etten) Cuykendall. She was the wife of Rev. Dr. Charles Elbert Hamilton. They were married Owasco, New York July 14, 1886. He was a minister in the Central New York Conference, Genesee Conference and Troy Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He died August 5, 1933.
