Mrs. Nora Card, 88, formerly of 818 Evergreen St., died Friday at the Syverson home. Mrs. Card was born in Minnesota and had resided in the Eau Claire area for the past 50 years. Surviving are two daughters, Miss Velva Card and Mrs. Evelyn Nordrum, both of Eau Claire; two brothers, Mylon and Joseph Seeley, both of Eau Claire; three sisters Mrs. May {Pippenger}, Menomonie; Mrs. Louise Hawley, Aitken, Minn.; and Mrs. Jennie Berto, Beloit; nine grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Smith Funeral Chanel with Mr. Clinton Goff officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery.
Note - Joseph Seeley, May (Seeley) Pippenger, Louise (Seeley) Hawley, and Jennie (Seeley) Berto as mentioned were half brothers and sisters from her fathers 2nd wife (Etta Wolf).
