Kathryn Davidson, 81, Burlington, KS, passed away Saturday afternoon, October 9, 2010, at the Coffey County Hospital in Burlington.
She was born October 21, 1928, at Burlington, the daughter of Otto and Clara (Ketter) Springeman.
She grew up in Burlington and graduated from Burlington High School in 1946.
On November 4, 1947, she and Harold Raymond Davidson were married at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Burlington. They became the parents of three children.
Kathryn was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and was Past President of the Altar Society.
Her husband, Harold, preceded her in death on March 23, 2007.
She was also preceded by two brothers, Albert and Francis Springeman, and three sisters, Rosalie Ward, Marcella Scully, and Virginia Germann.
She leaves her children, Susan Hatch, Yates Center, KS, Marilyn Davidson, Burlington, KS, and Mark Davidson and wife Kelly, Burlington, KS; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 12, 2010, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Burlington. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery at Burlington.
A Rosary will be recited at 6:30 P.M. Monday at Jones Funeral Home with visitation following.
