Juliette was born in Putnam, CT., March 18, 1917, a daughter of the late Joseph Charbonneau and Josephine Paquette Charbonneau and had been a Wallingford resident for many years. She was employed by the International Silver Co. and later the Revere Corp. until her retirement. Juliette was a parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Church.
She is survived by her son Francis C. LaPlante Sr., Past Grand Patron of the Connecticut Order of Eastern Star, and his wife Maureen Reynolds LaPlante of Uncasville; her two grandchildren Francis C. LaPlante Jr. and his wife Margaret LaPlante and Josephine J. Wood and her husband Jay Wood; and her six great-grandchildren; She was predeceased by her daughter Jean L. LaPlante Lamiette; and her brother Romeo Charbonneau.
Her family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main St. Ext., Monday, June 28, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Tuesday, June 29, at 10 a.m. directly at Most Holy Trinity Church, 84 North Colony St., Wallingford. Interment will be private in St. John Cemetery in Wallingford. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be sent to Hospice and Palliative Care, 33 North Plains Industrial Road, Wallingford, CT. 06492.
