Kugelman, Patrick W, age 27, of 1737 St. Elmo Ave NE died Monday in Mansfield General Hospital. His death was due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Sunday. Life resident of Canton and a repairman for the Ohio Bell Telephone Co. He was also an army veteran. Survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. John M. Kugelman of Canton. Three sisters, Mrs. Thomas (Nancy) Jones of Louisville, Mrs. Kathleen Winfield of Warren, O. and Mrs. James (Judith) Yoho of Canton. Four brothers, Michael M. of Akron, John R. of Dale City, VA., Lawrence D. and Richard H. both of Canton. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 7:00p.m. in St. John's Catholic Church. The Body will be cremated. There will be no calling hours and no flowers. The Lamiell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
