Third son of Joseph Peck, the ancestral immigrant, lived 80 years. His first wife was Mary Winchester, daughter of Alexander Winchester, who died 11/6/1657. His second wife Rebecah Bosworth dau. of Jonathan and Elizabeth Bosworth died 11/2/1704. He had 7 children and his will is at Taunton, MA B.3, p.3. Grace (Cronin) Schmitt has added;
"Nicholas Peck. The Plymouth Colony records state he was baptized at Hingham on 9 April 1630. He died 27 May 1710, per the Rehoboth, Bristol Co., MA., records, in the part that became East Providence. He married Rebecca, daughter of Jonathan and Elizabeth (mnu) Bosworth, who was also baptized in Hingham - in February 1640/41. She died 2 November 1704, per Rehoboth records."
