Born May 24, 1882, in Cedarburg to Jacob and Josphine Stuckenbrock Yost, she married Emil Abel in Newburg on Feb. 12, 1918.
Survivors include her husband and three daughters, Mrs. Harry Schubert, Mrs. Roman Peiffer, and Mrs. Russell Lemke, and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Jansen.
She was a member of St. Anne's sodality.
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 8 (today) from the funeral home to St. Francis Borgia Church with pastor, the Rev. Leo Zingsheim officiating.
