MINNIE AHLSWEDE

Mrs. Minnie Ahlswede, 88, of Family Heritage Nursing Home, Manitowoc, died
Saturday evening at the home.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Pfeffer Funeral home,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Bruce P. Huffer will officiate and burial will be in the
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mrs. Ahlswede, nee Minnie Mahler, was born Nov. 21, 1882 at Manitowoc, daughter
of the late John and Mary Raus Mahler. She always resided at Manitowoc.

She was married to Charles Ahlswede April 19, 1902, at Manitowoc. Her husband
preceded
her in death Sept 1, 1961.

Survivors include nieces and nephews. Two sons, Arthur and Elmer, preceded her
in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Monday
evening.

They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1952... A son Arthur
preceded him in death in 1932 and another son Elmer, died in 1957.
