IDA ABEL
Miss Ida Abel, 89, who had been residing at the Home for Aged Lutherans, Wauwatosa, the past 26 years, died Monday at the home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the home. Graveside rites will be conducted at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Miss Abel was born July 13, 1878, at Manitowoc, daughter of the late August and Caroline Klug Abel. Prior to her residence at the home she was a seamstress in the alterations department at Schuette Bros. Co. at Manitowoc.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Mrs. Oscar Abel, of Wauwatosa, a niece and a nephew.
Friends may call at the home from 9 a.m. Thursday until the time of service. Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home, Milwaukee, is in charge of arrangements.
