Susannah Brookhauser was born about 1780 to Adam Brookhauser and Mary Hawkins. Susannah was the second wife of Isaac Blystone Sr. They married on July 15, 1810.

Susannah and Isaac had the following five children:

1. Isaac Blystone Jr.

2. Christian Blystone (1815~1876) m Rebecca Siverling

3. Abraham Blystone (1817~1892) m Rebecca Sherred

4. Jacob Blystone (1820~1900) m Sarah Straw, m Amanda Smith

5. Joseph Blystone (1822~1904) m Mary Peiffer

6. Mary Blystone (1823~ ) m Andrew Sherred Jr
