Benjamin H. Goodwin, formally of Augusta, died at his residence in Washington D C yesterday after an extended illness. Funeral will be held at Platt's Funeral Home, and burial in Magnolia Cemetery.
Mr. Goodwin, a retired government employee had lived in Washington D C 32 years. He was a Mason, and a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Willie Harmon Goodwin, and several nieces and nephews.
