Mr. Hopper was born February 12, 1886 in Armstrong County, a son of James and Margaret Craig Hopper. He is survived by four brothers and two sisters: Dennis, George, Oscar and Garfield, Mahoning RD 1; Mrs. Earl Minich, Mahoning, RD 1 and Mrs. Charles Chillcot of Climax, Clarence Snair of New Kensington, a half-brother, also survives.
He had been a member of the I O O F Lodge, No. 1139 for thirty years.
