Harold D. Barnett, 85, died Sept. 5, 2003, at Mountain Glen Retirement Center. He was born Sept. 16, 1917, in Silverton, Ore., to E. E. and Evelyn (Dalton) Barnett. He was married April 8, 1937 to Frances Greenup in Klamath Falls, Ore.
Mr. Barnett and his brother Ernie Barnett purchased Barnett Implement Company in Mount Vernon from their father and continued the operation for many years. He enjoyed trap shooting, hunting and fishing.
