* Julia born in September 1800; married 11 November 1831 to Rev. Ephraim Spaulding of Ludlow, Vt.
* Fanny born 17 February 1801; married May 1824 to Calvin Pomeroy, res. Buckland.
* Emily B born in October 1803 and died 23 July 1828.
* Alpheus Jr born in February 1805 and died 30 Oct 1886; married 3 October 1829 to Elizabeth Lazell.
* Dexter born in September 1806 and died 25 May 1852 in New Orleans La.
* Minerva born in September 1808 and died 23 Aug 1829.
* Sidney born in August 1811; married Lucy ___.
* Catherine born 31 October 1813; married 9 Apr 1839 to Dr. Nathaniel Gilman Trow.

BROOKS, Alpheus, son of Thomas of Lancaster, was born June 4, 1763 or 8 in Lancaster; settled in Buckland before 1790; died November 19, 1852. He served several terms as town treasurer, the first in 1799, so far as known. He married in 1789, Sophia, daughter of Josiah and Parna (Brooks) White of Charlemont. She was born in Leominster, [her death record clearly reads born in Lancaster] October 10, 1773. She died January 1, 1855 [There children are listed above]
