Terri Lee Wells, 56 of Shawnee, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010, at her residence.

She was born April 23, 1951, in Birmingham, Ala, to Jake Dunn and Willie "Billie" (White) Dunn. She attended Tecumseh schools. She worked as an engineering technician at Tinker Air Force Base. She married Wayne Wells July 22, 1983.

Her hobbies included fishing, camping, going to their lakehouse and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Jackie Sue Cox.

She is survived by her husband: Wayne Wells of the home; four children, Denise Lawson and husband Brian of Shawnee, DeAnna Thompson and Robert Harris of Shawnee, Clay Wells and wife Toyia of Yukon, and Michelle Street and husband Keith of Mustang; grandchildren, Kyle and Kaylee Lawson, RJ Harris, Cameron and Harli Wells, and Morgan Street; three sisters, Jo Crocheron and Wes of Denver, Toni Blisseck and Joseph of North Bend, Ore., and Cindy Hill and Mitch of Shawnee; one brother, Steve Haynes and Teresa of Shawnee; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, at Living Love Church with Steve Haynes and Mark Guinn officiating. Burial will be at Dale Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Walker Funeral Service.
