Mary Adams Is Stricken
Last Rites Will Be Held Here Saturday

Mrs. Mary Martha Adams, 83, long time resident of Park county, died at 10 p.m. Tuesday at 323 North Main after an extended illness.
The body was removed to the Cloyd mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Methodist church in Clyde Park. Burial will be in the Clyde Park cemetery beside the grave of her husband.
Born Jan 1 1865 in Somerset Ky, she spent her early life in her native state. She was married to the late W.S. Adams in 1883 at Somerset and the family came to Montana in 1893, settling in the Shields River valley of Park county.
For many years the family was engaged in ranching operations in the Shields community. Mrs. Adams moved to Livingston in 1936 and had resided there continuously since that time.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Nina Speak of Livingston and Mrs. Minnie Dunn of Sparks, NV; one son, Ben H. Adams of Livingston; a brother E.H. Bullock of Livingston; one sister, Mrs. Aurelda Culpp of jellico, TN; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
