Montana's first automobile fatality of 1939 was recorded here
tonight when W.S.Adams, 74, of Clyde Park, died of injuries received last Tuesday when his machine went out of control on the Livingston-Clyde Park highway and crashed into a ditch.
Mrs. Adams, 67, was also injured in the mishap but is recovering.
