Sarah Hanks Varvell was the daughter of Abraham Hanks Junior, she was the grandaughter of Abraham Hanks Sr and Jemima Million, her grandfather Abraham died in 1784 in Prince William Co VA, Sarah's brother Fielding Hanks named a son Cuthbert Million Hanks, Cuthbert Million was the brother of Jemima Million Hanks.
Sarah Hanks Varvell was most definitely not the aunt of Abraham Lincoln, Abraham and Jemima Hanks daughter Nancy was married to Peter Jones in 1804, her mother Jemima gave her permission for her to Marry Peter Jones.
