MRS. J. M. HORNE
LORIS Mrs. DeLessie Todd Horne, 74, widow of the late Joseph M. Horne, died Wednesday in a local hospital. Funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Simpsor Creek Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Helly Hill Cemetery, directed by Hardwick Funeral Home.
She was born in Horry County. a daughter of the late Rev. John Walter Todd and Stella Gause Todd. She was a member of the Simpson Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving are: six sons; Rev. McLane Horne and Cecil Horne, both of Loris, Donald L. Horne of Myrtle Beach, Walter Horne of Fayetteville, N.C., Carl Horne of Camden and John D. Horne of Cherry Grove Beach; three daughters, Mrs. Earline Dail of Wade, N.C., Mrs. Faye Williams of Rockingham, N.C., Mrs. Sandra K. Wright of Jacksonville, Fla.; 30 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
