Ernest Garland Brian, 27, died at 11:30 yesterday morning after his car skidded and overturned on Highway 62 about two miles east of the city. He suffered chest injuries when he attempted to jump from the car and was brought to the office of Dr George Bradley, where he died an hour after the accident. Two brothers, Bert and Francis Brian, of Colesburg, and two cousins, Miss Beverly McMillen, Colesburg and Norman French, Louisville were with him when the accident occurred but escaped with minor injuries. He was office manager of the Keeshin Motor Express Company, Louisville, and had spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day morning with his family in Colesburg and was driving to this city to see his father, P J Brian, owner of E'town Cafe. He is survived by his parents, Mr & Mrs P J Brian, and seven brothers and seven sisters. Inquest has not been held yet. Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 9 o'clock at St Clare Church with burial in the Colesburg cemetery.
