Graveside service will be Monday, July 18, for Mrs. John Carl Bower, 70 of Monroe, Washington. She died Tuesday, July 12 at Monroe following a lengthy illness.
Services Monday will be at 2 p.m. at the Glasgow Cemetery with Father Barabus Barker officiating. Raymond Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bower, Alice L. Samuel, was born October 19, 1906 in Linton, Indiana, the daughter of George and Elizabeth Keller Samuel. She was married to John Carl Bower December 23, 1939, in Wolfe Point, Montana. Mrs. Bower was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church at Monore, Washington.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one brother and four sisters.
Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Saturday in Monroe, Washington.
The casket will be returned at the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield Sunday where the family will meet friends from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m..
