John J. "Abner" Seese, 60, Shearer St., died June 21, 1989, at Lee Hospital. Born Feb. 4, 1929, in Ogletown, son of Emmanuel R. and Sarah (Ripple) Seese. Preceded in death by parents, and sister, Mrs. Myrtle Crowder. Survived by wife, former Geraldine Nolan, and two children, John G., married to former Diane M. Kutchma, Shermansdale, and Deborah, Johnstown; also grandchildren, Ingrid, John P. and Jake. Brother of Reuben, married to former Betty Lebzelter, New Albany, Ind. Also survived by number of nieces and nephews. Retired employee of Mine 33, Bethlehem Mines.
