(UP) Funeral services were arranged today for Otto Theis, rancher and banker, who died yesterday from injuries suffered last week when he was thrown from a horse on his Clark county ranch.
He had extensive ranch holdings in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas, and was a director in the First National Bank and several other enterprises.
