Eloise Wiley Blackwell, 96, retired US Post Master for Roswell, passed away peacefully August 14, 2010. Eloise was born in Roswell, GA on October 24, 1913 and was a member of Atlanta Street Baptist Church for more than 50 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, D. Talmadge Wiley and Mae Smith Wiley; husband, Harold D. Blackwell; and son, Donald D. Blackwell. Eloise is survived by her son, Kenneth Blackwell and his wife Susan; daughter-in-law, Joanne Blackwell; sister-in-law, Julia Wiley; five granddaughters, Karen Riding (Rob), Linda Miller (Brent), Alison Norsworthy (Brad), Donna Biddle (David) and Leigh Gregory (J.T.); and 11 great-grandchildren.
