Dell Grigg, 73, of Route 4, Huntsville, died August 11, 1985, at the Carroll General Hospital in Berryville. He was born March 30, 1912 in Carroll County, the son of John Wesley and Sarah Rebecca Littrell Grigg. He was a logger.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Vella Miller Grigg of the home; seven sons, Troy Grigg and James Grigg, both of Rogers, Roy Grigg, Wesley Grigg and Willard Grigg, all of Huntsville, Larry Grigg of Hindsville and Clayton Grigg of Berryville; two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Todd of Springdale and Mrs. Linda McGarrah of Huntsville; one brother, Earnest Grigg of Buhl, Idaho; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Nunley of Joplin, Mo., and Mrs. Omie Dickard of Springdale; 24 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 14, at the Marble United Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold DuVall officiating. Interment was in the Lower Campground Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Rickey Grigg, Dennis Grigg, Bill Grigg, Scott Grigg, Clifton Head and Jerry McCoy.
