Mr. William W. Riggins died at home yesterday about 12 o'clock. He had been feeble for some time, but his death came as a surprise. He ate a hearty breakfast and laid down and slept about two hours, and when he awoke he attempted to get up and fell back dead. His remains will be laid to rest today at one o'clock in the Waters grave yard. Mr. Riggins was 65 or 70 years of age.
