Denise R. Atkins, 77, of Boise, left this earth on September 28, 2010 to be with her daughter, Katherine; son, Dominique, and grandson, Rocky at the right hand of God. Born June 15, 1933 in Leon, France, Denise had three children, Katherine, John, and Mike. In 1962, Denise moved to the United States and self-taught how to read and write English. Denise married Lee Atkins June 15, 1967 in Idaho and had twin boys, Patrick and Dominique. Denise was the "heart" of her family. She kept an active lifestyle by bowling, cooking, gambling, and chasing her grandkids. Denise, being loved by all, was "the life" of every party. Well known for her never-faded French accent & her love of red wine, Denise lived life to the fullest. Denise is survived by her husband, Lee Atkins; mother-in-law, Rita Atkins; three sons: John Ducker, Mike Ducker/wife Anna, Patrick Atkins/wife Cheray; grandchildren, Rachael Khalil/husband Medhat, Randy Ducker, John Jr., Rochelle, Tristen, Daniel, Sydney, Bryce, Jamie, Michael; great-grandchildren, Monique and mother Corrine, Sophia, Lucas, Rhett.
