His body was discovered about 7 p.m. by a neighbor who stopped to see him. Mrs. Baggett was visiting in Idalou with two of their daughters.
He was a farmer and rancher and had been employed by Wellington Livestock Sales for 27 years, under the ownership of the Edd Henard family, and for 35 years altogether.
