Florida Ann East , 4th daughter of Martin Alonzo East and Eliza Harriett Jones, was born 4 February 1874 in Sebastian County, Arkansas.
She died in her sleep at age 17 after suffering from typhoid fever on 18 September 1891. The same illness that killed her older brother Martin L. East on 24 Aug, 1891 She slept with her 9 year old younger brother Moody. He had loved his sister very much being a close care taker of him. He spoke lovingly of her up in his 90's.
