Mr. Bush was a member of the Cleo Lodge No. 191 of the Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Cleo Spring, Oklahoma. He was a member of the York Rite, Darius Chapter No. 10 of the Royal Arch Masons of Cody, Wyoming.
Survived by his wife; three brothers - Woodrow A Bush, Joseph C Bush, Lowell E Bush; four sisters - Mary Lois Scott, Edith Eileen Cox, Bonnie Jewell Micars, Evelyn Leona Kohlenberger.
