Mrs. Stewart was born in Richmond, VA, on February 24, 1960, but was a resident of Bristol and Johnson City, TN since 1961. She was the daughter of Rev. Dr. W.A. Johnson and the late Mrs. Louise W. Johnson.
Survivors include: her husband, Mr. Robert (Bud) Stewart; daughter, Carolyn (Jeri) Stewart; grandson, Ty'Quan Stewart; granddaughter, Ty'Myra Stewart; father, Rev. Dr. W.A. Johnson; step-mother, Mrs. Carolyn W. Johnson; sisters, Mrs. Deborah Webb, Mrs. Brenda Greene and Mrs. Carolyn Hope-Fersner, Brothers. Mr. Michael (Dorothea) Fersner, Mr. Willis (Festus) Johnson, Mr. Jerry Johnson, Mr. Troy Fersner and Mr. Arthur (Michelle) Fersner; along with 10 nieces and nephews; 2 aunts; and several cousins and friends.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Stewart will be conducted at 11:00 a.m on Thursday, September 30, 2010, at Lee Street Baptist Church with Dr. W.A. Johnson & Rev. W.J. Reid, Officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. till the hour of service.
The internment will follow at V.A. National Cemetery, Mountain Home, TN
