Nathan was the son of Richard Nall & Margaret Eldridge. He married Lucretia Burks on 8 October 1818 & they had 11 children. Nathan moved with his parents to Clark Co., GA, where he lived until grown. He was a volunteer from Clark Co. in 1818 & went to fight the Seminole Indians in FL. After returning from the Indian Campaign, he married, moved from Clark to Newton Co., & then to Henry Co. soon after his marriage & joined the Primitive Baptist Church at Lebanon in 1825. In 1834, he moved to Meriwether Co., where he raised his children.
