Anderson of Monroe. Services are 11 a.m. Thursday in Haggard & Armes Funeral Home, Decatur, where calling is 1 to 8 p.m. tomorrow, and 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Ray Cemetery, Monroe. Preferred memorials are gifts to the Candy Evans memorial scholarship fund at Adams County Memorial Hospital.
