UNION - Mrs. Jennie Marla Labrum Glines, 39, died Sunday at 3 p.m. of a heart ailment in a Salt Lake hospital.
A daughter of William A. and May Bell Reynolds Labrum, she was born Nov. 29, 1912, in Vernal. She was a graduate of Roosevelt High School and had resided in the Uintah Basin until 1936.
Mrs. Glines was active in the Sunday School, Relief Society and other work in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Well known for her piano and organ music, she had played the organ in Sunday School, when only 8 years old.
She was married to Charles Roland Glines, Feb. 6, 1930, in Salt Lake City.
Besides her husband she is survived by two sons and a daughter, Weldon R., Korean area; Billy Glines and Elsie Glines, Union; her father, William A. Labrum and stepmother, Mrs. Myrtle Labrum, Union; two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Clifford (Arvil) Graham, and Mrs. Clifton (Verda) Nowlan, Union, and Floyd Labrum, Roosefelt.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday noon in Union First Ward LDS Chapel by E. H. Belcher, bishop.
Friends may call at 4702 S. State Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the family residence Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of services. Burial will be in Murrray Cemetery.
