Melissa Kaye Harvey, 27, Athens, died Wednesday at the Carraway Methodist Hospital in Birmingham.
A graveside service was today at 11 a.m. at the Limestone Memorial Gardens with Don Osborne officiating and Spry Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include a son, Nicholas F. Harvey of Athens; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Springer of Athens; three brothers, James David Springer of Birmingham, and Ronnie Springer and Brian Springer, both of Athens; and grandmother, Leona Hamilton of Athens.
